SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

RETURN POLICY 

Water Clothing offers free returns within 30 days of purchase for items in new condition with tags attached.  

To complete a return please email CUSTOMERSERVICE@WATERCLOTHING.COM.

 GIFT RETURN POLICY

 We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift.  We will issue an E-Gift card, which will be sent to you via email.  The E-Gift card will not expire.  We do not offer refunds for items received as gifts.

To make arrangements to return items received as a gift, please email CUSTOMERSERVICE@WATERCLOTHING.COM. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 We do not currently offer exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return for the original item for a full refund and place a new order.  

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the original order from our Los Angeles warehouse. We ship via UPS and all rates are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address to determine the cost. 

Please make sure your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods.

PO BOXES

We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the original order from our Los Angeles warehouse.  We ship via UPS and all rates are calculated at checkout.

Water is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply once your package reaches the destination country.  Some international shipments may also experience customs delays.
